We’ve been working with property owners and renters across the Port City Uptown rentals for over 25 years combined. We have compiled some resources to help you make informed decisions about your property. If you are interested in listing your property for rent or transferring the management from another agent, please fill out your details below and we will be in touch within 24 hours.
All renters are required to complete a detailed application form and a face-to-face interview, and they must also supply recent, credible references. We screen and verify the accuracy of the information they have provided, via stringent background, reference, and employment/business checks, along with applying practiced industry insight, to establish an appropriate renter shortlist.
we charge a flat property management fee of $30 per week plus HST.We don’t think it’s fair for landlords to pay percentage fees. For property management, the work required to manage a property is the same regardless of the weekly rent. Some property managers will tell you otherwise. Ask yourself if that makes sense.
If you need new tenants, we charge one week’s rent for leasing plus $500 marketing fee (plus HST).
For leasing, it’s the same amount of work to sign a month-by-month, six-month lease, or twelve-month lease. Unlike many agencies, our fee includes double-sized premium plus advertising (~$250), measurements of key rooms, and video walkthroughs of each property.
